Unable to log on to TD Canada Trust Easyweb or Edward Jones accounts. Safari 15.0 and Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 on Mac 27-inch late 2013. I can still log in on iPad or iPhone or Win10 PC.

We understand you're having issues accessing certain websites and services on your Mac.


Are you using any VPN applications that could be filtering web connections? Services like these can affect access to certain services without appearing to be a network issue. If you do have a VPN, try to disconnect this and try these sites again. More about how VPNs affect network traffic can be found below.


Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues


Additionally, there are steps that can be taken to clear browsing data and cookies from Safari, which could also resolve website specific issues. This can be found in Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All. You may be logged out of websites but will be prompted to sign in again.
