Traded in my iPhone 11 Pro Max- Apple Care subscription

Just got an iPhone 13 Pro Mac

Don’t see my 11 pro max in my subscriptions in settings.

does me turning in phone cancel Apple care plus or do I need to contact support directly to do so?
