Restore iPad mini
Hi. The 4013 error msg still pop up. I'm trying to restore my ipad mini (first version)

Make sure you are using the latest iTunes version.
Make sure you are using known good connections cables and IF the computer is using ANY type of antivirus software, temporarily disable such software on your computer.
Try the whole iPad restore processs, again.
