Hiding fitness activity on Apple watch
If you hide your activity from a specific friend, will they get notified that you have done so?

Hi hoopster132srf,
Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. If you want to stop sharing your activity, you can hide your progress. From this point on, your friend will no longer be able to see your progress when they check but there will not be a notification sent.
