Good afternoon,

I just received a receipt stating that 170₪ has been subtracted from my account in order to download an app called Camscanner. I had downloaded the app under the impression that it was free as it did not specify anywhere at all that it cost anything. Is there any way I am able to receive a refund or cancel my purchase? Thank you so much.

You likely downloaded a free trial that converts to a subscription if you don't properly cancel the trial.
