i can't sign out from i cloud because my account is locked

and when i am trying to unlock it doesn't let me

And activation lock How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

An then sign out Apple ID from iPhone Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
