Both my Sony WH-1000mx4 and WF-1000mx3 bluetooth will not auto connect when the devices are turn on to my iPhone 13, running on ios15. I tried unpairing the device and repairing it didn't won't. I tried restarting my iPhone, it helped. But the next time it didn't auto connect again. What is wrong?

If the issue persists can you provide a few more details? Have your headphones ever connected automatically to your iPhone? Is your iPhone able to automatically connect to any other Bluetooth devices? Also, have these headphones automatically connected with any other devices?
