Itunes software download will upload or show a completed setup.

Did you look on either of the following pages: iTunes - Apple (UK) or Download and use iTunes for Windows - Apple Support
On either page you will find links to the Microsoft Store, where you can download the version that updates automatically and a link to download the version from Apple that you have to manually check for updates.
