how can we report a bug on iPadOS 15?

My iPad does not show widget after updating to iPadOS 15. They are all in black. How can I report this issue to apple developers?

Bug reports can be submitted using the product feedback page. Be sure to include your iPad model and installed version of iOS/iPadOS in the body of your report.

As to your issue, ensure that you have attempted a forced restart of your iPad - as this will often resolve a software issue:


  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
