Security Software for iPhone

I currently own an iPhoneXx Max and clicked a link I shouldn't have. I know better than to click on any link from an outside source but a friend sent me something and I thought it was a trusted source. I believe I may have malicious software on my phone. What is the best software to install on my phone which will detect and remove malicious software. I am looking for software which will not cumbersome to use. Thanks in advance.

First you would have to jailbreak your iPhone to allow it to put malicious software on your iPhone. If your iOS is up-to-date you added nothing to your iPhone when you clicked on that link. If you went to a site and gave any information you may need to change some passwords but if you didn’t then don’t worry about it.
