Apple doesn't have an 10W or 12W Mac power adapters.
And the article is not very well worded.
No Apple device will draw more power than it is designed for. Using a larger power adapter will not harm any Apple device.

Thanks for the reply. But the link you provided says about 10W or 12W power adaptors. Less wattage power adaptors are not a problem. I am curious whether a higher wattage of 61W cause any damage to the device or impact the battery life of the iPhone in the long run.
