iMovie Sync across devices?

Can I sync my iMovie projects across my three platforms, MacBook Pro, iPhone, and iPad?

iMovie libraries cannot be synced in the Cloud. So active projects cannot be synced.

However, movies that have been shared out (exported) from iMovie as standalone videos can be synced like any other file.
