CAN I CREATE A SLIDESHOW IN ICLOUD PHOTO ON MY PC?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communites. We understand you're wanting some information on creating a slideshow in iCloud Photos on your PC. Currently, this is not an available feature on iCloud for Windows and is only supported on the Photos app for Mac. Whilst it is not possible via icloud.com, you can create slideshows on your iOS device such as iPhone and iPad.

Simply select the photos you want to include in the slideshow and click the Export option and scroll down and select Slideshow.
