When typing on "Search line" if i move cursor to middle of sentence to correct a spelling error the cursor jumps to end of sentence after one click. How do I correct this? Thanks

It sounds like this is happening while you're using particular websites. If you're using Safari, try to clear your browsing history and see if the issue continues. Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac
Does the issue continue if you use a different browser like Chrome or Firefox?

We see that you need help with your Mac while typing. Based on the device mode linked to your post, your Mac has a built-in trackpad, when you’re typing are your hands or wrist touching the trackpad?
If not, does this happen in multiple apps or one in particular? If one app, which app?

I have the same problem and it seems to only happen to me when typing in the Bing search bar on Safari. My cursor would skip to the end of sentence. I found out that if you go to settings on Bing and turn off "search suggestions" then the problem stops on Bing. -https://superuser.com/questions/736533/bing-search-search-box-cursor-jumps-to-end-when-you-type-
I tried google.com and the cursor works fine. Only happens when i use the search line on MSN.com and Bing.com

Hi KathyRed - thank you. I run OS Monterey and was annoyed with what was happening to my cursor. But no more! You fixed it.
