Does anyone encounter bugs with the new model regarding notifications not working for Facebook/Messenger? Videos sent by Messenger or Whatsapp are distorted when playback, sizing of photos are shrinked when a story is uploaded?

WhatsApp and Messenger are not an Apple products, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
Again, those apps are not Apple products.
It's the apps' developer responsibility to make sure it works on all iPhone models.
Anyway, you should let the developer know since there are the only one who can/should fix it.
There are many millions iPhone in use, you can also ask the same question why others are not affected.
Apple releases beta so that the apps' developers can test their apps against bugs or malfunctions on all supported devices.
Maybe the app wasn't fully tested?
Again, you should report your findings to the developer otherwise they are not aware to fix it.
Well another thing about the device that proves its buggy.
When playback videos sent via any platform they are so distorted that my eyes hurt.
notifications randomly stop working, nothing comes up on the lock screen, only in app.
reception is worse than iPhone XS and Wi Fi calling barely works. How bout that?
There is no other issues on my other 13 Pro, so doesn’t matter if they are not apple products, it still means my particular model has glitches
It will take forever by the time I do that. Meanwhile I should get a replacement model
You won't get a replacement model with glitches using 3rd party apps
So your response is the app is the issue? Why do none of my other Apple products have an issue with this app then? That’s a little confusing, clearly the app isn’t the issue.
