Can you carry over apple care from a previous device

I bought iPhone 11 about a year ago and I am wanting to upgrade to iPhone 13 pro or pro max. Can I carry over my apple care coverage from my iPhone 11 to my new phone?

No, but you can cancel it for a partial refund. See: Cancel or change the payment method for your AppleCare plan - Apple Support
