What is the best number of time to charge iPhone 7 Plus and at what percentage level?

There really isn’t a best amount of time to charge an iPhone. Some people say not to charge it overnight, but I have done that with several of my phones every night and they are fine. Just charge it whenever you need it for however long you need.
