I bought an i watch series 2 but it wont pair on my iphone 11, it stucks and loop on the message" To update the software on your apple watch first you need to update the software on your iphone".

I updated the ios to latest version which is ios15. can someone help. Thanks

The Apple Watch series 2 is not compatible with WatchOS 8. You have to use it with outdated software or buy a new watch.
