Folders, Subfolders, and Aliasses:

I make folders that have subfolders, and typically upload files to the applicable folder. If need be, I'll create an alias of a file, so I can easily access it. Consider doing the same. Find out More Here: Create and Remove Aliases on Mac - Apple Support

Folders for like items sorted by Application in Finder. I have folders for all sorts of things: Recipes, User Manuals and etc. Probably 50+ folders
