Under Settings - General - Keyboard - Text Replacement - "+" - Phrase [insert] 20 - Shortcut [insert] 20
Creating a text replacement so that when I type in 20 it triggers shortcut to "20" resolved the autocorrect from 20 to 2.0.

I have had this same issue as Sielbear . I too have the TC 2.0 app. I have found out if you follow the instructions given by ZenAnon :
FIX: Go into Settings > General > Text Replacement
Add "20" for Phrase and "20" for Shortcut.
But put a space after the 20 in the phrase portion. I now can type 20 without it changing to 2.0! Hope this helps anyone who cant delete the 2.0 apps on their phone!
Sielbear, I have to keep the TC 2.0 app too so this is how I got around this Apple’s blunder - creating a text replacement command. Go to Settings/General/Keyboards/Text Replacement, from there click on the + button, type in 20 in Phrase and 20 in Shortcut, and click on Save. So far so good. I hope that helps.
If you haven’t already found a fix, create a text replacement. Settings>General>Keyboard>Text Replacement. Put 20 in both boxes and it fixes the issue.
Hello bomber991
Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand you're having some issues with autocorrect on your iPhone and we'd like to help.
You can correct a word that continues to misspelled the same way that your iPhone learns it. Type the word that you want to use, then select the correct spelling above your keyboard.
You can also reset the keyboard dictionary. If you're having trouble with a large number of terms besides the one you mentioned, this could be the quickest way to fix them all at once. Only the words you've modified are removed when you reset the keyboard dictionary. On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Keyboard Dictionary or by following the steps next to the bullet point "Reset Keyboard Dictionary" in Return iPhone settings to their defaults. Back up your iPhone settings before restoring them to their defaults if you want to save them. If restoring settings to their defaults doesn't solve the issue, you might want to restore your previous settings from a backup.
Have a great day!
Common issue for many people, especially after upgrading to iOS 15.
FIX: Go into Settings > General > Text Replacement
Add "20" for Phrase and "20" for Shortcut.
This was it. I had an app installed for work that had 2.0 in its name. Deleted that, restarted the phone, and now "20" stays as "20". Thanks!
Just update to iOS 15.4. It was fixed in this update
Just update to iOS 15.4.1. The issue was fixed in this update.
My husband (Tudor) figured out a work around
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Keyboard
Select Text Replacement
Select +
Type in 20
Hit Save
Then when you are texting it gives you the option
to select 20
Another quick fix since I have an app with 2.0 that I cannot delete is to add a contact with first name, last name, and company all as 20. Auto correct typically will never correct something stored as a last name. I’ve also used this for all the bad words in the dictionary so it stopped saying I was ducking mad.
Perhaps try to type 20 a couple times in a row, and each time, when it suggest 2.0, click to select "20". I know I did that too during my troubleshooting attempts, and works fine now.
I’ve solved this issue by text replacement (20 with 20). Sounds stupid but it works most of the time.
I fixed it by clicking on the app ending in 2.0 in settings then Siri & Search then disable learn from this app. I was able to keep the app and get rid of the .0 auto correct.
Just update to 15.4 and you won’t need to create rules. Apple fixed the issue in this update
