Dropping numbers and freezing

hi there, my phone keeps freezing and has dropped numbers ? Any reason why this could be?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hello,

Hmm, I can't think of any reason why the two would be related:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

If you can‘t make or receive calls on your iPhone

If no help, consider a factory reset:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Good luck.
