No alarm sound and ring sound from my Sony earbuds

1. You mentioned having iOS 15 installed, but is iOS 15.0.1 the version showing when you checked within Settings?
2. Does the same thing occur if you use the built-in speaker phone, or even the built-in receiver, while on a call?
3. Have you tested pairing a different Bluetooth headset?
