Best iPad App for direct viewing of home IP cameras ? No cloud, no registration.

Have used Guarding Expert (HIKvision) on an older iPad, and on my MacBookPro, IVMS-4200. Web browser access no longer works with HIK IP cams, Guarding Expert not available in App Store now.

Would ike a program/app just like Guarding Expert which does NOT require the cloud and does not require logging on.... just local viewing and playback from an SD card.

Any suggestions?
