My download and install is disabled

while updating my phone in settings down and install is disable while it is connected to wifi

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hi,

Have you check the battery is it under 50%, If yes please connect your device to power charging because it is one of the requirement for update software, you can visit this link for more information https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204
