Update to ios15 on iphone 11

Since updating to ios 15 I am experiencing bluetooth connection issues, especially with apple carplay. Anyone else having these problems? Most of the time I cannot connect with my bmw idrive system. Pairing works 1 out of 5 times and the connection is not recognized the next time I step into the car.
