Whatsapp screen is getting freeze while I am trying to switch from other apps to WhatsApp from WhatsApp notifications.I don’t know why it’s happening, to solve this I have reboot my iPhone every time.

If that happens using Whatsapp only, I suggest that you contact that app's developer team and explain your problem.
In such a situation, deleting the app, restarting the device, then re-downloading the app is useful, but what about your Whatsapp data, conversations, media? Before making any attempt, as already stated, I would ask Whatsapp support team.
