whatsapp business freeze iphone 7

Hi, my whatsapp business is freeze (can't click anything) the moment i open the app.

has anyone experience similar case?

how to fix it?

Whatsapp Business App Crashing my whatsapp business app is crashing, whenever i try to open the app it comes back to home screen and the app is not getting open. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but not working. I am using i phone 13

Follow the steps here, and if necessary, contact WhatsApp Support for additional help. If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support WhatsApp is not an Apple app.
