Quick reply feature is working in iOS15 by 3d touch(long press) over the message but the issue is there that I am not able to view/download the media files like images or video in WhatsApp messages or some other apps as could do earlier with iOS14.
Can anyone help me with this settings?

You mentioned this happens in WhatsApp and some other apps. Which apps are you having this issue with exactly?
Does this occur when connected to Wi-Fi or when you disconnect Wi-Fi and use only the cellular connection?
When files are shared, what occurs? Are you unable to see them being shared or are you unable to select the file?
