iPhone Not connecting to social media

My iPhone 12 Pro was working fine this morning until like 8am…

I made sure software is up to date,

I have wifi, I have data.

whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram don’t load. It says there’s a connection problem.

when I try making a call to another iPhone user call doesn’t go out .

can someone please help?

what do I do at this point?
