Go through all these steps and see if any help:

- Check for updates, back up and get up to date, if needed: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro
- Ensure the ring/silent switch is set to ring, not silent.
- Any restrictions set up on this device? Check in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If so, disable these restrictions, restart the iPhone and test out the issue.
- Restart the iPhone
- Attempt to complete Face ID enrollment continuously for at least a full minute in a well lit environment.
Should you continue to receive this exact error, 'Face ID has been disabled' or 'Face ID is not available' then bring in the iPhone for an inspection: iPhone Repair & Service
