i got a message saying i got overcharged over something i bought recently. in that text, it also has a link for a whatsapp number which i accidentally clicked on it. very fishy whatsapp account too. i replied to the text asking from which shops but got no reply. is my phone at risk now?

As long as you did not enter any personal information after clicking on the link, then your data and iPhone are safe. If you did enter any information, we’d recommend reaching out to any locations that use that information for login, as a password, etc. You’ll want to change or update that information with them.

yes, i was worried if by clicking the link alone would jeopardise my phone especially the passwords i have saved in my phone. i didn’t fill in any information, all i did was accidentally clicking on the link and i replied to the text. glad to know it’s nothing. thank you!
