i can’t update my phone even i have good internet he still say there’s no longer to Internet , please help me how can i fix it

Check for a beta profile and remove that profile.

Then check again for the proper update.

You can update to either version.

However, if you update to iOS 15, you can not downgrade to iOS 14.8.
