My iPhone says I’m no longer connected to the internet

every time I go to update my phone it says i’m no longer connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and i have tried many ways to fix it. Because of this my phone will not update limiting many features on my iPhone. has anyone ever had this problem and if so how do I fix it.

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

You haven't told us about the ways that you have tried to fix things, so we're not sure what new to suggest.


One thing that a lot of users overlook is the possibility that you still have an older update or beta profile on your phone that was not fully installed. You will get the "no Internet" message most of the time on this one when you try to update. How did you check to make sure that this is not the case?
