iTunes apple processing - taking forever

help! I've previously bought a 100$ USD iTunes gift card (email delivery) as a guest, its been almost a day and its still processing. I used the wrong phone number in the receipt so I can't resend the iTunes giftcard using my Apple ID since its a security question! (the phone number is censored) can someone please help me.
