Snapchat has permanently locked me out of the app. Someone told me that it may have to do with my email or that they blocked my IP address. Is there any way to find out what's wrong with it and how to get a new or my existing snapchat account?

Contact Snapchat and ask them, it is not an Apple product.
I have had the exact same problem, I think it is my phone because I have logged in other peoples phone and my snap worked just fine. But when I login to it on this phone it locks me out, I have tried everything thing on the snapchat website, they don't have a contact system. I have reset my phone, deleted then reinstalled it, and it still hasn't worked. It is definitely something on the apple side. I have no idea what to do about it though.
It won’t let me into Snapchat no matter what I do I even tried to make a new one ion what I did or post to get me log out for whatever reason
Yea, I made new ones too, still didn't work.
