After installing new iOS updates

After I installed the newest update to my iPad Pro, it starting to delay response the screen. Sometimes it freeze and when I go to settings the screen will be black and after 1 minute it will crash and shutdown itself. And then I reset the factory settings to comeback to the old default to resetting it. It’s still the same screen late response, and the apps was empty. I swipe it up to open but the screen is blank and it remains on the welcome display or greetings display. Can someone suggest what should I do so that I can use my ipad pro again.
