Unable to pair. Software is up-to-date at 14.8. Do I have to upgrade to iOS 15? I prefer not to go to iOS 15 at this time. Please help!

What series watch are you trying to pair with? Do you know what watchOS version is on it? If it is not a watch you are trying to pair, what is it?
