Unable to pair after updating iPhone and iPad to iOS 15.2

Following the update of 15.2 on my iPhone 8 and iPad 6th generation, I am no longer able to pair. I’ve not had this problem until after updating to the newest version. Help!

Thanks. Apple devices are not designed to Bluetooth pair with each other. Instead depending on what you want to accomplish their are other features you’d be using instead.

What are you wishing to do between the teo devices?

I have discovered that I can receive iMessages signal messages and emails on both devices although I do not receive notifications on my iPad now. Guess it all happened since downloading the 15.2 version of the iOS. I have notifications turned on for each of the apps that I receive notifications from and yet there is still no sound and no notifications come in at all On my iPad. My iPhone works just fine
