First we'd recommend making sure that you are not doing anything to accidentally trigger the Emergency SOS feature which can be done by any of the steps listed in the "Call emergency services" section of the article below. You'll also want to double-check that if you use a case on your iPhone, that it is not pushing on any of the buttons to trigger Emergency SOS.
