why live text is not working on my iphone 12

Is Settings > Camera > Show detected text turned on?
Settings > General > Language & Region, and enable Live Text.

Are you in Pakistan or that part of the world? It may be country restriction.

If the text button does not show with the live camera try taking the photo and look at that
Plus of course turn the phone off and back on again.
I am using iphone 12, ios 15 but facing problem to get live text on settings. see my attached picture with camera settings & language & region settings.. the live text option is missing :( Thank you for your help to fix the issue
also there is no live text option to enable on my camera options
