Which difference between international version and japanese version
There aren't any hardware differences, but the camera shutter sound can't be turned off on a Japanese model, and it may be locked to a carrier which doesn't provide service outside the country.

No. It is not possible to silence the shutter sound on a device originally sold in Japan. It doesn't matter where you happen to be.
There is no "international version".
