Has anyone encountered this issue for FaceID: A problem was detected with the TrueDepth Camera

We see you're having an issue with using FaceID. It looks like you were able to review this article: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro


Let's also review this article and try all of the steps: If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro


If issues persist, then you'll need to have your device serviced. If that's the case, contact Apple Support or make an appointment at your closest Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Store: Find Locations.
