We understand you're seeing some performance issues while performing certain tasks on your Mac. To get started, it looks like this is happening while mostly using Google Chrome.
We'd recommend first testing with Safari instead of Chrome to get a baseline on performance. If the issue just happens with Chrome, then you'd need to contact Chrome support or consider uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
If the same thing happens while using Safari, be sure to complete all of these steps to help maximize the performance of Safari: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected
Otherwise, also be sure to disable background apps you have running while they aren't in use like WhatsApp, Clean My Mac, One Drive, et cetera. From the report, we want to make sure the background processes aren't also leading to the issues.
