Can't play songs in Apple music!

I can play a song when I search for it on my iPhone and Mac on Apple music, but in my playlist, it's grayed out and unplayable (with shuffle or clicking it directly). It says "this song is currently not playable in your country or region", which obviously isn't true since on my phone or mac (this problem applies to both) I can just search the song and play it there. Only once I try to play it by accessing it through my playlist does it not work. BTW, the songs are all from Kanye West's Donda album, if it matters. Thanks so much!
