phone screen broke, face not detective and forgott passcode
Iphone 12 Pro screen broke, face not detective and forgott passcode. tried to erase from my icloud to hard reset however its not working.

Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider and pay to have the screen replaced.
You can deal with the forgotten passcode after the screen is replaced.
