I just got the 13 Pro Max, do I take my old SIM card from my 11 Pro Max and replace

the new 5 G Sim card from the new phone?

Will I get 5G service ?

Contact your carrier and ask them. The iPhone 11 doesn't have 5G so your carrier may not have provisioned the SIM with 5G capability. You may have to get a new card from your carrier.
