Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We've reviewed your question and it looks like you need to reinstall the Camera app on your iPhone. It's understandable that you'd want this resolved, so allow us to assist with that. When you attempt to delete the Camera app, it will keep it in your App Library, so it shouldn’t have been removed from the iPhone, just moved. If you go to the App Library, you should be able to locate the Camera icon and tap to hold it, then drag it back onto your Home Screen.
You may also wish to reset the Home Screen settings to their defaults by choosing “Reset Home Screen Layout” as explained here: Return iPhone settings to their defaults. Please note: We advise that you use only the option explained here, as other resets to the iPhone will result in different behavior, as the article explains.
