Can you recommend external speakers compatible with the macbook air 11.5.2

I very much need them for Zoom meetings as I'm hard of hearing.

I had a Rokono but it seems to have died. It was a good enough fit for my old MacBook Air but it seemed awkward for the new one. Some of the cables are on one side of the laptop and some that you need are on the other side so it's a stretch to put have them both connected.

Also it has to be simple. Perhaps you can tell I'm simple. I have limited terminology.

And not too expensive.
