i need to delete all keys containing office on the keychain access.
I can select an entry containing office, just as i need
but when i try to delete it, nothing happen, not even a error message
it simply does not get deleted.
any idea how i can delete a key which does not want to be deleted :)

Find it in the list without searching and then delete them!
That should solve your issue, there is a bug in the search option.
Please check the padlock against the keychain item list on the far left is unlocked, locked items will not delete.

1- i am sure the chain is not locked, cause i have successfully deleted another entry ;-)
2- if i dont filter in the search, and leave the full list then, i dont see the entries under the keychain "login" but only the ones under "icloud". Problem is: the entries i want to kill are ALL under login :( so i just cannot locate them.... this is pretty dumm but it looks so... (atatched the screen shots)
Right mouse click the padlock on keychain login to the far left and then select 'unlock keychain login', enter the login password for the mac user account and voila
you should be good to go...

i understand the full sentence and visualise what it shall do.
but where do i find the "login to the far left" ?
i am too stupid to find that. which menu is that ?
somewhere in the keychain window ?
or on the general menu of the mac ?
really sorry to ask such a basic question, i have clicked all the far left (not the far west ;) possible, never seen any unlock...

You need to find the keychains that the items relate to in the screenshots you posted;
Select view from the keychain access app menu and click show keychains:
login
icloud
system
system roots
When you right mouse click the keychain login name a menu should pop up with options.
From the screenshots it looks like your sidebar is missing - I have a sidebar on my keychain access app

ok, i see the blockade: i just cannot delete any entry under the chain "login". i can delete without any problem an entry under "icloud" but not "login"....any idea ?
