how to reset on pc through itunes

My iphone 11 is unresponsive to touch. I need to do a factory reset via my PC (though itunes) and can't figure out how to do it.

To do a factory reset on your iDevice through iTunes, plug in your iPhone into your pc. On iTunes your phone should pop up (or a little phone icon will show up on the top left), make sure your iPhone is unlocked. Click restore iPhone and click confirm. It should start installing the latest version of IOS to reset your phone to. Let it do it's thing and your phone should reset. I have attached a guide below just in case!
